SHIPPING

Currently, we are only able to ship domestically via Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of $11 for Standard post and $15 for Express. Name tags are $7 for up to 7 tags, $11 flat rate applies for 7 or more. Receive free standard shipping for purchases of $150 or more.

Orders are usually fulfilled between 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number. Standard delivery time is five to seven business days.

Please double check your order, email and delivery address before placing your order so we can get your goodies to you without any delay.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we will only provide a refund if an item is defective. Improper care or use of our products will not be warranted a refund so please follow our laundering and care guidelines.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for seconds, sale items or gift cards. In the event of an approved refund or exchange, you are responsible for returning your Lil Eco purchase to us in a tracked satchel. Your shipping cost is non-refundable and we will only be able to process your return once it arrives at our HQ.
