Please choose carefully as we will only provide a refund if an item is defective. Improper care or use of our products will not be warranted a refund so please follow our laundering and care guidelines.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for seconds or sale items. In the event of an approved refund or exchange, you are responsible for returning your Lil Eco purchase to us in a tracked satchel. Your shipping cost is non-refundable and we will only be able to process your return once it arrives at our HQ.
